About Katrina

Katrina Avey grew up in California, where she learned early that hard work and ambition could take you far. And they did. She built a career spanning more than three decades in corporate management, rising to Director of Intellectual Property Strategy at AT&T. Impressive by every measure. And yet, somewhere along the way, a quiet question began following her around that no promotion or milestone could answer.

Today Katrina calls Georgia home, and it suits her. She is happily married, and the mother of a son who is, in her words, full of character and absolutely thriving in college. A certified life coach, she has built a life that genuinely reflects who she is, from a creative Etsy store to Thrive Vibe Creations®, her coaching business dedicated to helping high-achieving women reconnect with their passion and purpose.
